Washington State Lottery is featuring an Alaska Airlines scratch game with “second chance” prizes of 2 million Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles, travel merchandise or 20 Washington Lottery Alaska Airlines scratch tickets. You can win up to $20,000 with the scratch game, but if you’re not a winner, you can send in your non-winning tickets to enter to win the Grand Prize of two million Mileage Plan miles. Drawings are being held on Oct. 18, Nov. 8, Dec. 6, with the final draw for the Grand Prize on Dec. 13, 2007. Entries must be received by the deadline for each drawing to qualify for that drawing and are valid for one drawing only. Take note that Washington state law prohibits the sale of lottery tickets by any other means than in person from a licensed Washington Lottery retailer.
