Ready, Set, ExpressJet

JetSet, the new program from ExpressJet, is actively getting feedback from members. JetSet members recently received an e-mail message offering one point when answering an ExpressJet customer survey. Questions regarding the frequent flyer program included what enhancements to the program they would like to see such as credit card, hotel, car or airline partners and a space was provided for respondents to write in other award options they would like to see. Respondents were also asked to rate the importance of a frequent flyer program when choosing an airline. If you did not receive the e-mail, you are not entitled to the bonus point, but it’s good to see that the airline is communicating with members.

And a reminder: Fly four roundtrips until Sept. 30, 2007 as a JetSet member and you will earn a roundtrip ticket to any ExpressJet destination. Normally, members earn a roundtrip flight after eight roundtrip flights.
