Northwest Airlines has enhanced customer access to the airlines’ Web site through web-capable mobile phones, PDAs, Blackberrys, Treos and other Web-enabled devices. Customers can now make reservations, buy tickets, check-in for flights, change reservations and select seats through their mobile devices.
