US Airways Extermination

In a letter to members, US Airways recently described themselves as bug exterminators. The airline focused on the annoyances in their system and fixed some of the display errors and problems with the “multi-city” booking option at usairways.com. Error messages when attempting to buy tickets were removed and the inability to request retroactive mileage credit for 2007 was fixed. They also removed a bug that was inadvertently logging users out without warning.
