Note: Fame for shame. We’d strongly suggest that US Airways (and other programs) start to pay attention to their partners’ fine print. While we are huge fans of the National Car Rental Emerald Aisle service, we remain critical of their policy to charge members a fee to earn frequent flyer miles. This is their fine print, not ours: “A Frequent Flyer Service Charge of $.50 a day may apply.” As if our loyalty is not enough, we actually have to pay for the miles?
