Continental OnePass this month joins other recent frequent flyer programs such as Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards in adding an official lurker to FlyerTalk. As with others such as Starwood, British Airways and Delta, the addition of an official lurker is seen as providing enhanced customer service to members of their particular loyalty programs where the members tend to congregate in hopes that by correctly passing along helpful information it will help others that participate there as well.
