Midwest Airlines has announced some changes to its Midwest Miles program, including new partnerships with Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and more ways for program members to earn and redeem miles.

Beginning May 1, Midwest Miles members will be able to earn miles on any Northwest-operated flight and redeem miles for award travel on Northwest and KLM. Additionally, members in Northwest’s WorldPerks program can earn and redeem WorldPerks miles on Midwest.

In addition to the new airline partnerships, other changes to the program offer a few more ways for members to earn miles. Coming this summer, members can earn miles for shopping online at the Midwest Miles Mall. The Mall will feature access to a variety of brand-name sites including Casio, Frontgate, The Sharper Image and more. Members will earn miles with every purchase at the online stores.
