Hilton recently honored its top-performing North American hotels for 2005 at a ceremony that capped off the Hilton General Managers Conference in Austin.

The top-performing hotels were chosen from the 240 full-service Hilton properties across the U.S., Canada and Mexico for outstanding performance in the brand’s “Balanced Scorecard” rating system in areas such as customer loyalty, service, quality assurance and customer satisfaction ratings — as well as exemplary efforts in hotel renovation and diversity projects. Each category had three winners for the three types of hotels Hilton offers — resort properties, airport hotels and commercial properties.

The Hilton HHonors Guest Recognition Award — awarded to hotels that provided the most exemplary service to members of Hilton HHonors — went to the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center (under 500 rooms) and the Hilton Cincinnati Netherlands Plaza (over 500 rooms).
