Skywards members in selected countries can now use the Emirates online booking facility (http://www.emirates.com) to book not only regular flight tickets, but reward tickets as well. Emirates online booking is available from 27 countries worldwide.

Skywards is also giving its members that use the online reward booking facility the opportunity to win back the miles spent on awards. Members who book online will be entered into a sweepstakes. Twenty-five winners will be chosen randomly.

For other awards and for awards with partner airlines, members can book using online forms. On submission, the form will be sent to the service center for processing and an agent will be in touch to confirm details.

Skywards’ latest addition and feature is the virtual assistant, Sara. Sara can assist members with their queries and concerns and take them on a Web tour.
