Taking advantage of widespread computer usage, Jet Airways has progressively migrated its passenger bookings, customer service and its frequent flyer program, Jet Privilege, on to its interactive Web site www.jetairways.com. The new online access system allows passengers to not only purchase tickets but also enroll in Jet Privilege. Existing members can now instantly log on to their own personalized JP accounts and redeem miles for award tickets. Online claims for missing credit are also available.
