Beginning Oct. 1, China Airlines Dynasty Flyer will be increasing award levels for upgrades. Upgrades from economy to Dynasty class will be upped from 10,000 to 15,000 miles between any two points in Asia (20,000 miles to Delhi); upgrades from Dynasty to First will run 20,000 miles, up from 17,500. Between Asia and the rest of the world, restricted upgrade awards from economy to Dynasty class will jump 10,000 miles to 30,000 miles.
