A West Virginia man is suing US Airways after falling down an escalator at Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers. He claims the airline did not adequately warn him that drinking alcohol at night on an airplane might adversely affect passengers, according to the Bonita (Fla.) Daily News. The suit seeks damages in excess of $15,000.
