Dividend Miles members can convert their E-Upgrades into Dividend Miles by logging into their account and clicking “Upgrades.” Each E-Upgrade will be converted to 500 Dividend Miles. Once converted to miles, E-Upgrades cannot be re-deposited to a member’s E-Upgrade bank.

E-Upgrades contained in Silver Preferred and Gold Preferred Members’ banks will expire on March 1 unless they are used or converted to miles before then.
