Northwest Airlines has changed its policy on domestic fares that are eligible for upgrades by non-Elite members using WorldPerks miles. T and K (deeply-discounted economy) fares are restricted for upgrades using miles, and V (discounted economy) will become eligible. Continental Airlines fares excluded are V, Q, T, S, and L (all discounted to deeply-discounted economy).
