Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts has released a summer travel promotion wherein guests pay for two nights and get the third consecutive night free.

Will this promotion bring down the house? Probably not. Three-night stays are becoming rarer in the cost-cutting business world. We’re more partial to Hyatt’s “Faster Free Nights” promotion, which allows unlimited free nights when the member pays for two qualifying stays with a Visa card. Of course, Hyatt’s offer ends when August does.

Park Plaza’s lasts a little longer, and is truly a good deal, assuming you have an extended stay. Guests can reserve the “One. Two. Free” offer for stays until Sept. 15. Details on the offer are available online or by calling (800) 814-7000.
