Double dipping is still an option for all Hilton HHonors program members, but senior members will be treated to a few extra benefits.

Senior HHonors members will receive discounted room rates as well as 20 percent dinner discounts at participating HHonors hotels. And room and dinner discounts are not the only perks; with four qualifying stays or 10 qualifying nights in a calendar year, senior members will be awarded HHonors Silver VIP status. With a minimum of eight qualifying stays, they will be awarded with Gold VIP status. Normally, Gold VIP status requires 16 qualifying stays.

Unlike the regular HHonors program, the Senior program does have a membership fee of $55 a year. Only one membership fee is required per couple as long as one person is at least 60 years old. For more information, call (800) 548-8690.
