In our last issue, we reported that LatinPass had become GlobalPass, and that the formerly Latin-American based loyalty program would begin to tap into the worldwide loyalty market.
The transformation has continued through the launch of a new Web site, www.globalpass.com.
Now customers can manage their accounts online, view news and promotions, examine their statement, update their personal information, report mileage activity and calculate and request awards.
In addition, GlobalPass partners can use the site to submit and validate earning activity.
We anticipate reviewing the new Web site in our “Web Watch” section in an upcoming issue.
