Extended Again

Extended Again

In the January 2001 issue of Inside Flyer, we alerted members of the Southwest Rapid Rewards program that fine print on the Southwest Web site indicated that through at least January 1, 2003 the number of seats available for Award Ticket use on any flight on nonblackout days will be limited only by the capacity of the aircraft. In other words, Award Ticket users will be afforded the same priority as full-unrestricted fare Customers in making reservations for travel on nonblackout days. They prove once again why they are so highly regarded as a frequent flyer program in the annual Freddie Awards voting. They have just extended the date for no capacity controls on awards to at least January 1, 2005. Merry Christmas.
