There isn’t a minimum point transfer requirement with this new promotion.

Members must enroll in this promotion to earn the bonus and can do so anytime between now and Nov. 30 at http://www.americanexpress.com/skymilesbonusoffer. Once enrolled, members can call (800) AXP-EARN (297-3276) to initiate the transfer of points. The transfer is completed in 3-5 business days and members can expect to receive the bonus miles 6-8 weeks from the expiration date of the offer.
