The headline on JetBlue’s latest press release reads “Hola San Juan.” Well, San Juan is nice, but we want to know when we can be saying “Hola” to a JetBlue frequent flyer program.

Since the airline was launched two years ago, four and a half million flyers have flown without earning one single mile. What’s up with that? We put in a call to Gareth Edmondson-Jones, vice president of Corporate Communications who said, “Yes, we are working towards a frequent flyer program, it’s in the works, it’s not too far off.”
